Exhibitor Data & Systems Manager (New Hire)

We’re looking to bring on a volunteer Exhibitor Data & Systems Manager to handle the behind-the-scenes exhibitor workflow leading up to the festival. This role is all about keeping our systems (Sheets, Salesforce, and Sched) clean, accurate, and up-to-date across every phase. You’ll work closely with both the Exhibitor Relations team and festival leadership to keep information moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Google Sheets Management: Maintain and update exhibitor tracking sheets across all phases, participate in sheet-related meetings, and manage grading system updates during the grading phase.

  • Exhibitor Curation: Keep the Exhibitor Curation Sheet up to date with accurate information at every stage of the exhibitor process.

  • Salesforce Management: Update exhibitor data in Salesforce, generate and manage reports, and oversee portal openings/closings.

  • Sched Management: Import Salesforce data into Sched, reflect exhibitor list changes to ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience with Google Sheets (advanced formulas, conditional formatting, data organization).
Familiarity with Salesforce (reports, data management, and portals).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across departments.

  • Comfortable with meeting-heavy phases and able to communicate quickly when needed.

This is an important and respected role that is a big part of making sure our exhibitors have a smooth, well-organized festival experience. Volunteer staff members receive a stipend of $200 at the end of the year.

E-mail Exhibitor Coordinator Amber Owen if you are interested.
