call for volunteers
Not only is it officially Fall, but we are now only two months out from MICE 2024!
With our special Winter weekend on the horizon, we are looking for volunteers to join us this year to help make MICE 2024 the fun and welcoming expo that exhibitors and attendees alike look forward to. We rely on volunteers as valued members of the team that help the weekend to run smoothly and most of all be the friendly face of the show.
We have lots of types of volunteer roles which may suit your interests and strengths. Hands-on types may like to help us with setup or breakdown, with the bonus of being free during the show hours. If you are interested in our programming you may like to assist with panels, workshops, or on the show floor. And if you’re all about people you might want to be a greeter or survey assistant.
This year we are also looking for a specialized volunteer with experience to help us to oversee AV setup. If you can’t help on the day, feel free to connect with BCAF to poster the community and help us advertise MICE!
