call for volunteers

The weather has started to turn (sort of) and you know what that means - MICE 2025 is on the horizon!  

With our favorite show coming up in less than two months, we are looking for volunteers to join us this year to help make MICE 2025 the fun and welcoming expo that exhibitors and attendees rave about. We rely on volunteers as valued members of the team that help the weekend to run smoothly and most of all be the friendly face of the show. 

We have varying types of volunteer roles which may suit your interests and strengths. From helping us to set up or break down the show, to assisting in panels and workshops, to greeting attendees in the hallway or on the show floor. And new this year is the role of floater, for the volunteer who loves to jump in wherever help is needed!

If you can’t help on the day, postering is a great way to support the show in your own time!
