About the event

Thurman Classroom / Pre-registration required

Moderators: Phil Amara, Michael Gianfrancesco, Shaina Lu

This roundtable discussion is that friend that we all need that offers up great things for us to read. Join Boston teacher Phil Amara, Rhode Island teacher Michael Gianfrancesco, and Boston-based teacher and comic creator Shaina Lu as they explore graphic novels and comics that you should be reading for personal enjoyment and, for teachers, recommendations for a classroom library.  We often do not have time to sift through catalogs, the internet, or bookshelves for materials to read, but you can join in this group discussion and hear the selections of others and offer your own suggestions! Join us for a great conversation!
