Where is MICE?
MICE 2016 will be held at Lesley’s University Hall (1815 Massachusetts Ave), in the Porter Square neighborhood of Cambridge. The Exhibition area and panels are on the second floor and an additional Exhibition area and the Workshops are on the lower level.
By Public Transportation
Taking the T or bus to MICE is encouraged and convenient as our venue is steps from the Porter Square T stop. Take the MBTA Red Line or Commuter Rail Fitchburg Line to the Porter Square stop. Please note that the weekend of MICE, the MBTA Red Line will be running shuttle bus service between Harvard and Alewife Stations. This means you will take the Red Line to the Harvard stop and then take the complimentary shuttle bus one stop to Porter Square Station. This will also apply if you are coming from Alewife Station, where you will take the shuttle bus from Alewife two stops to Porter Station. There will be signs and directions at the affected stops the entire weekend. Once you arrive in Porter Square, turn left onto Massachusetts Avenue. University Hall is one-half block down on your left at 1815 Massachusetts Avenue. Complete information on bus, subway, and commuter rail schedules is available on the MBTA web site.
Parking at and near University Hall is very limited, although the Porter Exchange (aka, University Hall) building does offer parking with hourly rates. The neighborhood does offer 2 hour street parking on Massachusetts Ave and Somerville Ave. We encourage attendees to use public transportation if possible.
